We've got Cisco SPA514g phones with Plantronics headsets. There is a setting under User/Audio for EHS type which needs to be set to Plantronics for them to work. Every time we have to factory reset a phone, this setting is reverted to None. Is there something I can put in the 3CX template the set the EHS type to Plantronics?
