Hi
I've recently upgraded from 3CX v10 to v 15.5
I have six Cisco SPA 303s and one SPA 525G.
With 3CX v10 I could point each phone to an xml file on the 3CX server containing the company phone book, as in http://192.168.1.4:5000/provisioning/cisco_phonebook.xml
I have entered some contacts manually in the 'Contacts' section of the 3CX System Management Console, but cannot seem to point any of the phones (I've only tried the 303s so far) to the relevant file.
Changing the XML URL to http://192.168.1.4:5000/programdata.../provisioning/ohmo34z1lru/cisco_phonebook.xml simply produces a 'Requestfailed' error on the phone.
I am reluctant to allow 3CX to provision these phones centrally, as it lost all special settings (extension names, etc) on each reprovisioning, whether manually triggered or automatic.
Am I being really stupid, or just stupid, please?
