I have a client that is using Cisco SPA phones with 3CX 15.5.10244.4 and randomly the phone will go into DND. When you press the DND button the system says DND has been either activated or deactivated. The BLF button on the reception phone shows the extension is idle (green) but when called goes straight to voicemail. I have to remote to a server on site and browse to the phones IP then under the user tab select DND NO then reboot the device. Has anybody else seen this issue?

Never seen it happen on its own, but have had clients accidentally hit DND and they couldn't get out of it. Getting them to dial *30 clears it !!!

Unfortunately *30 says it's no longer on DND but the physical phone still says DND and won't clear unless I go into the phones web interface and make the change. I have seen this on several phones at this site and even one or two at another site.

Are you on lastest templates and for firmware ?

Like I said, we were having similar trouble, but with the above *30 works for us now.

I have this problem on one SPA phone at a site with about 15 other SPA phones. I had the customer install the 3CX client to resolve although I just noticed that the phone for that extension isn't running the recommended firmware (7.6.1) but rather is still on 7.5.2 . Going to upgrade that to see if it resolves the issue.

Be sure to go to 7.5.2b first if not alrerady !!!

I had DND issues with SPA phones, once the firmware was updated to 7.6.1, it was all working fine.
Like @3CXDude mentioned, be sure to upgrade it to 7.5.2b first, if it is an older version.
All the phones in my organization was having firmware version 7.4.8!
Cheers! :)
