Cisco SPA502g and 3cx

Hi, we have setup the 3cx Appliance for Testing, and are having issues connecting a Cisco 502G

Firmware of SPA502G - 7.6.2c
3cx - Installed Last week.

The SPA502G is at a remote site, we have fowarded the appropriated ports to the 3cx pbx,

The 3cs Windows and iphone client work from the same location but the SPA502G just doesnt connect

Ive attached the SPA Extn Settings

At the remote site, do you use a SBC, or are the devices simply behind a router? If so, have you assigned each a unique (local) SIP port. In the 3CX Activity Log, do you see the device registering at all? If so, does it show as the public IP & port or a private IP and port? If it shows a private IP, then you may nee to re-visit (or set-up) the STUN settings on the set.

@lee - No Uniquie Sip port for the SIP Phone or 3cx client, but is this needed if you are using a sip Proxy?
I belive as this is a legacy SIP Phone the stun settings won't work From https://www.3cx.com/Sip-Phones/Cisco-SPA/

The error on the Phone is -
Registration State: Failed - No Response
The only thing in the activtiy log is - PBX has dropped a message with 'User-Agent: friendly-scanner' from IP 51.15.95.121 because it is on blocked UAs list Which is not my IP address

Remote provisioning will not work for Cisco phones as the Nginx only accepts https requests from public locations and Cisco phones can only send http requests. Are you manually trying to register the phone to the PBX? If so make sure that under extensions settings / Options the option "Disallow use of extension outside the Lan" is disabled.

Thanks, yeah manually Configuring the Phone, and have "Disallow use of extension outside the Lan" Setting disabled

A Genric SIP Client x-lite works fine from same location as well, going to try another SPA 502g Phone Just in case

No Joy with other phone, but seeing this coming from the 3cx appliance in a Packet Capture
