I was trying to provisioning SPA502G with https://www.3cx.com/Sip-Phones/Cisco-SPA/
My 3CX is installed on remote Cloud VPS
someone know how i can fix my SPA502G with my 3CX

Please note that Cisco phones cannot be provisioned as remote extensions as clearly stated in guide you posted under the limitations section.
I would recommend using a support model from our supported devices list https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/ or create VPN connection so that the phones appear as local to the PBX.

If you use VPN, then, in essence, the phone is on the local LAN.

The network administrator should be able to establish a VPN connection between the remote site and the PBX. This is part of the network configuration so there are no available guides from 3CX.
