Is there an option somewhere to enable missed calls on the screen of Cisco 504G phones?
When someone rings and the phone is not answered, it should display 1 missed call, 2 missed calls and so on but doesn't. generally I can go into Setup/Settings> Call History > missed calls to view the missed calls history.
3CX version is 14.
