Cisco SPA504G Registration State: Failed404

Hi, Im trying to setup my SPA 504G with 3cx, i keep getting an orange light and the web console says "Registration State: Failed404"
Im not too sure whats wrong

Hi Josh,

This is a legacy phone meaning it will have a number of limitations (including the cumbersome provisioning method), so if you are able to do so try and replace it with something newer.

If you need to use that model then you have to follow everything in this guide, especially the firmware instructions and DHCP option 66 https://www.3cx.com/Sip-Phones/Cisco-SPA/

Otherwise consider using phones from our list of of supported devices https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/
