Cisco SPA525G2 dont display CallerID when using Group Pickup

When we receive incoming calls to the 1st ring group, the CallerID is displayed fine.
However, if another extension not in the ring group dials *20* to pickup the call, the callerID isn't displayed on their LCD & it only says *20*.
How can we get the phone to display the callerID so they know who they are talking to?
We are running the latest V15.5, FW on Cisco phones is the latest (V7.6.1).

Please note that this is the default behaviour of Cisco devices. When you use *20* to pick up a call the caller ID is not replaced on the screen of the phone although the PBX is sending the new Caller ID to the phone.
If you pick the call up using a BLF key that is monitoring the ringing extension the caller ID will be replaced.
