CITEL TVA on 3CX

Hello,

we use the Citel TVA which is a Telephone Voip Adapter, herewith we can convert a proprietary digital phone to a sip protocol.
currently we are testing this on the 3CX in combination with Snom phones.
the strange thing is that when i'm calling from a snom phone to a phone on the TVA there's a clear call in progress.
but when i place a call from a phone on the TVA to my snom phone there's almost no audio.
i've made a trace with wireshark to see what happens. and for some reason 3CX seems to be nog handling the audio RTP from the TVA right.
is there anybody with similar problems who has worked this out.
anybody who is interested i sent the trace.

looking forward to some replies.

Its best to use supported devices with 3CX. Clearly there is an incompatibility between the two devices.

Hello,

even i am using Citel TVA with meridian phones, on 3CX .
it is working fine for me,

i believe there must be some error in configuring Citel TVA.

Realm for 3CX is == 3CXPhoneSystem,
check your TVA configuration, hopefully it should work.

if the problem still persist , go to Citel website for technical support.
