Clarification on 365 license requirements for Teams integration

Can someone tell me which addon is required to make this work?

Business Voice was Microsoft's voice feature bundle for small and medium businesses but will be deprecated on March 1, 2022.

Majority of my customers have a Bus Std license so I just need to know what the addon is called as I cannot find one called "Phone System" as mentioned in article.

is it called "Teams Phone" now?
