Can anyone help me with a little more detail in relation to call queues described in the manual (v20).

The manual section in question is: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/call-center-queues/

Under section Call Queues > 8. Polling strategy: Round Robin states:
distributes incoming calls evenly among logged in agents ensuring that each agent gets a fair share of calls.
I would like to know for how long does it wait before hopping to the next person if the call is unanswered

I cant work out if the time is set in section 9. Ring time that states:
set the maximum time in seconds that a call should ring before following the rules set if a call is not answered. Default is 30 secs.
If the above is associated with Round Robin call strategy, does anyone know how long each member of a call groups is called for before the call bounces to the next member of the group?

Hello @Ashley_Harris_UK

Ring time is the amount of time an extension will ring before the call start polling the next extension.
Maximum queue wait time is the total of time that the call will remain in the queue polling agents before it routes to the " Destination if no answer"
