Click 2 call numbers in Excel

Good morning

With the new v18 desktop client, is it possible to be able to click and call numbers from an Excel spreadsheet?

I've had a customer tell me numbers in their Excel are underlined and when they click them in opens 3CX dialler. However, on the latest, newly installed PC using the desktop client, the numbers are not underlined.

Is there something I can install or is it the old v16 desktop app that's enabling this?

Any "tel:" URIs should trigger the app if it's set as the handler correctly.
