Click to Call - Tel Protocol

I haven't been able to get this working on the Windows Client.

Does it require the Pro edition or is it meant to work on Standard?

You don't need a Pro License to use. Chrome extension will not work with the Windows client, however it will with the web client of your PBX.

Sorry for the confusion; I'm referring to the TEL protocol; right now 3CX Windows App will launch whenever I click on a link using the TEL protocol but it doesn't do anything, e.g. tel:0800800801

Does the 3CX windows app support the TEL protocol or not?

Using one of the extensions will allow you to click on any phone number on a web page including TEL protocol

It will put the number in the phone app, then you just need to call.

I have the same problem. 3CX Server and Client (v16) are up2date. After I click a tel:number it is opening the 3cx windows client, but it doesn´t dial the number.

I don't know what to do next ..

I'm still having the same problem and haven't been able to resolve yet. I assume it's an issue with the 3CX Windows Client itself so hopefully one of the 3CX team picks this up.

I have the same problem, it seems that the "3CXClickToCall.exe" doesn´t work anymore.
