Hey Team,

Does anyone have a "click-to-call" button they use on their web pages that works with your own Elastix server. I need one that uses my Elastic server as like "one extension to another" type calling from a web page. I have tied all I know and can't seem to get one to work....If you have one that does work would you please be willing to share the code please.....

Thanks guys, gals, children....

navaismo,

I really was not wanting to use Call Center to obtain what I wanted.

I basically wanted a button on a web page that would do:

1: A person viewing my web site sees a button on my web page that says "Click-to_call or chat with a representative" with our company,
2: next a function would then take place that would open the person's mic and speakers,
3: then my extension would be dial (using my Elastix Server and using the extension I set in the web page code)
4: I answer my inbound call and make a happy sale.....

all the click-to-call code I have tried or used, uses someone else server or phone server.... I want to use my Elastix server.... I'm sure that I am missing something on what you are recommending in your response due to a language barrier, so please be understanding with me....

Thank you Sir,

Yup, you don't need the CC addon at all, you just need the webrtc2sip gateway if you want it to work out of the box with the current extensions, but if you don't want to install the webrtc2sip gateway then you can configure Elastix 4.0 with native support and create all from scratch: http://www.neomano.com/2015/12/probando ... elastix-4/

With both cases my blog example show the code to create the click to call button... or google can help too.

Sir navaismo,

Sorry, I can t read or speak the language but thank you for the quick response back and for your suggestions Sir.

I will do more searching and learning then return to see if I understand what I have learned but for now I'm so frustrated over trying to get it to work I think I will just take a break away from it for a while.. I'm finding at 65 I don't have the stamina to hang in and learn new software these days....

Once again, thank you for your assistance and strong efforts to help with this,

Hi Amphibian,

A click-to-dial feature does help out greatly! Have you tried using CTIs like Tenfold? It can support Elastix and a lot more. One of their main features is the Click To Dial Anywhere. You can check out the website at www.tenfold.com to learn more.

Hope this helps!

I use Flash Operator Panel and drag from one ext to one ext to make call
