This has been kicked around a bit, but am still not sure that answer has been posted.

Click to dial from Outlook (2007) works as it should when the internal phone dialer (using My Location settings) is used to initiate the call. It does not, however, insert an access digit (9) when dialing is initiated from the Call Contact from 3CX Action, so calls fail.

I am not interested in re-formatting Contacts. Is there a way to make this work?

Thanks,

Bruce

add a catch all rule at the end of your outbound rules for the format the is needed. ie if you are in the states then add a rule for 10 digits and inser the 1 and pick your trunk.

Just got around to trying it, and it works as it should after adding the wildcard rules. Appreciate the help Jeremy.
