Hi,
I know that the tel: uri scheme is not supported with 3cx Chrome extension.

If I use this URL:
https://ip-3cx/webclient/#/call?phone=012345678
It opens the dialer of webclient.

Do you know if there Is something like this ti open the 3cx Chrome extension?

It seems you can change that as you want. Just don't put any link on it, the extension will then make it a link for itself.

In this case, use the Windows client, it's the only way. If you have a custom app, you can even use the 3CXCallTrigger.exe included in the Windows client.


You can still use the Webclient in CTI mode if you'd like to control the Windows client from the Web.

And for Mac OS? Do you have any suggestions?
The mac client is discontinued...right?
