Solved Click2Call Chats keep coming in. nowhere to edit,delete,access

Hi !!

I have been with this situation for a little while already. When before next version upgrade (dont remember version now )
Chat were within the user menu under Click2Call feature, now inaccessible for me, for a little while, and i found no way to get to them and delete them, since the new section under ringGroups have supersede it. Is there a way to solve this "phantom or ghost" still users chatting using those old LINK URLS?

Will a Regenerate extension will be able to disabled it or deleted it from that still attached Click2Call button?
Right now, after that upgrade, and an upto date version, there is no way i can find to disabled, delete it, or access it.

Any help greatly appreciated it.

PS: And if i would like to create a new one with same name #operadora, i wont be able, due Already been use..

Hi,

You cannot delete the 3CX Talk link of the extension, but you can change it to something random.
The old one will become invalid and nobody will be able to use it to send new messages to the extension.

You can do it yourself from the new webclient Admin Console:
