Hi
running v15.5
We have an outbound rule requiring everyone dial 9 to make an outbound call, pretty standard stuff.
however, click2call plugin in Chrome doesn't add the 9 to the numbers being clicked and so call fails.
Same in Outlook integration. Any external contacts with phone numbers fail because the 9 is not being added before dialling. (we could get everyone to edit their contacts adding in the 9 manually, but this doesn't help with web page click2call)

I have a feeling I am missing something very obvious but I can't see it.
Any help?
Thanks

Hello @GBC_James

Please note that you will need to create a different outbound rule for those numbers that you dial through Click2call as these numbers will not match the current outbound rule.
You can use number length or extension group to define the outbound rule.

Thanks YiannasH_3cx and saqqara16
sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees :)
I tried making a new out bound rule but if failed. guess why? I told it to prepend the number with 9! Which of course would fail because I have just created a rule to get the dialled number out, so then putting a 9 on the front makes it an invalid number
Sometimes you just need someone to say "try looking here" and the penny drops :)

Glad to hear it is working now :)
