Click2Call does not work from FreshSales CRM

When I click on mobile number in FresshSales CRM, web client does not launch. Is there any limitation?

Hi Vivek,

Did you install the 3CX PBX yet?

Was the Click2Call Chrome extension installed and then configured to add a working extension?

Yes I could launch the Click2Call extension when on click on a phone number on any site. But when i do that same from FreshSales CRM, it does not work. However, the CRM also has a Notes feature where if i paste the mobile number, I could launch from it on-click.
So only issue is with the Mobile number field in the CRM.

Ok thanks. When you hover your mouse over the mobile number, do you see a small popup that says "Call +3571234667897 with 3CX Click to Call"

No i cant see that. But it shows when I click on a mobile num in Notes section.

Can you post a screenshot of the number that doesn't work? (hide some digits for privacy or make a fake contact please)
