Click2Call togheter with 3cx windows client; spaces converted to zero

Hi

We would like to use click2call V10.10 (Chrom) together with 3cx Windows Client V16.0.1.81 we have the problem that phone numbers with spaces (example 41 31 321 1234) ends up in 3cx Windows Client filled in with zero's, like this 41031032101234. The phone numbers are located in our web based zoho crm.
Is there a way to fix that except to remove the spaces in our crm?
