Hi!
Is it possible to integrate the Click2Talk chat session with CRM?

The idea is when the chat is closed, the conversation is integrated with CRM.

Not yet. But I agree that it would be nice.

It may come later since the new SMS/Facebook Messenger features are coming. Maybe CRM Journaling of Chats/SMS/FBMessenger will come! I would hope so
