Hi All,

I'm new to 3cx (well the last time I installed it was 11 years ago) Anyway, I have configured on a PI and used sipgate for a line, this is all testing for a solution for a customer. I have signed up to Call2Teams Click2Teams as I was having issues with outbound/inbound calls. We managed to sort inbound and it seems to work OK.. He's asked me this question for outbound and I'm not sure, so I was hoping someone here would be able to give me some pointers, thanks in advance.

"We looked into the outbound failed calls and noticed that we are receiving 100 Trying to our Invite however, we are not receiving any 180 Ringing from you PBX. Are you able to check this on your end?"

Thanks - Wayne

Click2Teams?

you mean Click2Call or Call2Teams?

Dang, yes, sorry

Where is the call routed? To get a 180 ringing from the PBX the call must hit an extension or a ring group or something that can ring. Check where the call is routed and use the activity log to see if it gets there.

Call2Teams uses the same rules as a regular extension.

Can you login using the Webclient into an extension and make a test call?

Yes from the 3cx client I can make an outbound call and it works.

What is your current setup and how is your Call2Teams used? Are you using the integration or the SIP trunks only?

I have a single SIP from sipgate - for quick testing, I know it's not supported from 3cx...

Then I configured Call2Teams for allowing calls from Teams via 3cx, that was the intent.

Sorry if, I did something wrong :-(

As I said, I am unsure on how Call2Teams works, but I know that in the case of our integration (a different one), we never have issues like this.
