Client doesn't register any input after I dial out

Hi everyone,


EDIT: My version is 6.0xxx whatever the latest V6 was.


Really weird bug, not sure what to do. 3CX works properly, I can get inbound calls and call outbound, but the second I connect I'm unable to use the keypad.

I.E, If I get to an 800 line with a menu, any time I press a key it doesn't register it, so I'm stuck if I ever need to enter an extension.

Tried searching for answers but I'm not sure how to properly word or document my problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It may be a Codec issue, or, more likely a DTMF Method incompatibility problem.

What type of trunks are you using? If it is a gateway, you must have the device you are calling from, set, with the same DTMF Method used on the gateway. If you use a VoIP provider, you may have to change the DTMF settings until you find something that works.
