Client on ver12

Hi I have a client using ver12 free version and unfortunately the system went down and all phones disconnected, we have managed to get all the phones to provision however for some reason when we log onto the GUI now we are presented with the "register this free version" pop up, when we fill this in with the client details it fails with error Licence 60 System 0. When we call in we get a female voice saying that we caanot use this feature in the free version of 3cx
I am thinking its because we are using an old version. Is there any way we can get this working now so we can scedule an operating system upgrade and move them to a paid version of 3cx ver15

Have you kept backups of the system with or without licence key information ?

I believe you have to upgrade to 15.5 SP6, to validate your license
