Transmissions OK on incoming and outgoing PSTN and
Transmission OK both way between my 3CX and couple of windows 3CX, only the intenal ext-ext not working

Hosted 3CX Google Trial Offer

Many thanks

SBC, STUN? 3CX Firewall Checker all passes?

What do the logs show in 3cx?
And as @leejor pointed out - SBC or STUN setup on these "cloud" extensions? Are they in the same office? Different office?

Direct SIP (STUN - Remote)
3CX Firewall checker all passed
All 3 extensions in same office

Thanks guys

Are the ports under each extension unique for each?
Did a router or firewall change at remote side? Did a firmware update happen on remote router or firewall? DidnIsP make a change?

try a soft phone at remote site as it will use the tunnel - does it work?

Did you assign separate ports for each phone? The default starts at 5065 for Local SIP Port, and 14000-14019 for Local RTP Ports. You would want to make sure the other phones use 5066 and 5067, and 14020-14039 and 14040-14059.

If you've done the ports, you can try enabling PBX Delivers Audio under each extension, Options > Troubleshooting > PBX Delivers Audio.

Thanks craigreilly & HRMNY - will check out/try those suggestions.

No remote end firewall/router updates/changes - working fine Friday & until lunch time Saturday then, with no changes in between, this lack of ext-ext transmission occurred. Ext to/from PSTN perfect.

Will work on your suggestions during the morning very much appreciated.

Similar situation(s) occurred when the port range was expanded a while back. Calls would work for a while, as ports continued to count up, but then stopped until the PBX was reset, as the firewall had not had the additional ports taken into account. Run the Firewall Checker.

Thanks leeor, wil re-run it and keep a note of which ports it's checking

Cheers

Do the phones start working again if the PBX is re-started?

Sorry, as i'm new to CLOUD version I can't seem to find a way to restart the system.

Have setup softphone this afternoon and that's working perfectly to/from the 2 x existing extensions

Have restarted the CLOUD services and still no transmission.

Thank you

Did you confirm the ports are set correctly for each phone?

If the ports are set correctly, did you try PBX Delivers Audio?
