CNAM from Zendesk

Hi,

I got this formula on the Voicemail received that create a ticket on zendesk ; the customers who like also to get the CNAM of the company if available. Is it possible to make a query in zendesk from the number to ghet the customers company name. My integration is working curently for ansered call but would like to get more information to voicemail tickets.
