So, 3cx is no longer supporting CoEo Solutions as a SIP provider in v18, with no warning. The problem is, we have clients in the midst of multi-year contracts with CoEo and now being forced to upgrade to v18 since v16 is no longer supported. We've been in contact with our 3cx rep who's made it clear that they will not provide support without a supported SIP provider. We've also been in contact with our rep at CoEo and everyone there seems to be completely unaware that 3cx dropped them as a supported provider. 3cx is even still listed on their website as of today...

As you can see, this puts us in a very difficult place in regards to supporting existing clients large and small in these multi-year contracts, and puts a very sour taste in our mouths in regards to 3cx.

Anyone else in this boat, and have a contingency plan moving forward? I know we can't be the only one...

The fact that a SIP Provider has been dropped from the 3CX Supported list will indeed mean that they will no longer be eligible for 3CX Support but that does not necessarily mean they'll stop working. Provided that no changes occur on their end and you keep your current configuration you will most likely have no issues with the service if it was already working as intended.

Even in the event that something changes on the SIP Provider I would expect that you would be able to contact them, acquire the necessary information and make the necessary adjustments on your SIP Trunk to accommodate for the changes easily since you already have a base configuration that works.

Will the rest of the 3cx solution be eligible for support, minus the SIP provider/trunk configuration?

Well yes! Provided of course that the scenario for which a support case was submitted does not involve the SIP Trunk in way that would add uncertainty to the case.
