Combine polling strategy

Can we combine polling strategies from available default strategy?

Additionally, can we combine strategies to make- "Skill Based Routing Longest waiting"?

I'm afraid not, the available polling strategies are whatever you see in the Queue's Polling Strategy drop-down list and are as is meaning they cannot be modified:
