Is it possible to add a 'comfort message' over the top of on-hold music? I'm setting up a 3CX system for a client and they have sent over .wav files for some on-hold music, but also a custom message they want repeated every 15-20 seconds over the top of the music (so they play at the same time).
I know one workaround is to simply create an audio file which includes both the music and the message, but I was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions that may possibly work assuming it's not already a built-in feature?
