Commercial Keys cannot be replaced

One of our customer 3cx phone system license key has been revoked. We purchase new 3CX PRO 4SC license and tried to replace the new License key, but its giving error as " Commercial Keys cannot be replaced.". Please advise.

You can't replace keys anymore. Should've just renewed the current license.
