Company Directory query.

We have a client asking if it is possible that prevent a specific extension seeing / having access to the Company Directory ? System is currently Ver. 15.5.5

Any reason why the client wants to block access to company phone book ?

Thanks for your reply. The particular user is not part of the clients business, yet has an extension, and uses the SIP trunk for inbound and outbound calls.

Could create a custom template for that user, and remove the settings for the phone book.
