I can't post in the Ideas forum and can't find this there already, so will post here.
If I open the company hours setting page and click any of the existing daily office hours entries, I can change any or all of the time values in the popup (mouse or keyboard). However the OK button in the small popup window remains disabled. I found I can save my changes only by "Inspect"ing the button in the browser and manually removing the 'disabled="disabled"' HTML from it. Then I can click OK and save my change.
Support tells me this is by design, not a bug, and the intended procedure is to Delete the time entry, then edit it and set it again.
I would like to suggest one of two interface changes to make this apparent to users. Either:

- remove the OK button instead of disabling it, or
- disable the up/down arrows and text box fields for selecting/entering a time
