Company logo on yealink phones

I have a few yealink phones and am able to upload through the webgui of the phone our company logo. However if the phone reboots the logo is gone. I’m sure this is due to the phone provision being taken from where my 3cx is hosted. I read the templets on where it takes the default logo from and out it in that folder. But it still won’t upload it to the yealink phones. Any suggestions.

Have made correct size and format?

Have replaced the existing yealink file from the folder or just put yours in there? The template looks for a specific file name so if you do not want to have a custom template, make your file the same name.

ie:
T46 - wallpaper_upload.url = %%PROVLINKLOCAL%%/logo/yealinkt46.png
T48 - wallpaper_upload.url = %%PROVLINKLOCAL%%/logo/yealinkt48.png
T52 - wallpaper_upload.url = %%PROVLINKLOCAL%%/logo/yealinkt52.png
T54 - same as T46

Yes. Correct size. I replaced the file that was already there with the same name. I can upload to the phone through the webgui. But every time the phones need a reboot the logo is lost

What model yealink?

Did u say you are same file name ?
You usually have to make 2 changes in template that u have customised pointing to your new file

Also how do you reboot phone? From phone GUI or via 3CX Phone menu? Just to make sure that phone is pointing to correct 3cx instance , reboot from 3CX

There was no changes I made in the template. I just renamed my logo the same name that it’s looking for in the templet. As far as rebooting, unplug the phone.
