Does anyone have an idea how to access the "Company Phonebook" from any extension?

Need more info, on your setup - what type of phones.

If the phones have been provisioned by 3cx and not manually one of the keys should say ‘3CX PB’ or similar

Hello @Mike Augenblick

You need to provision the phone through 3CX. If you are using a supported device that can support a phonebook or a 3CX client the phonebook should also be available on the device.

Phone is Yealink # T46S
Unfortunately there is NO key assigned as PB or similar.

Did you provision the phones through 3CX using the default templates?

Unfortunately, I had no input in the config process. I am strictly an end-user, who wishes to use more functionality.

If my co-workers' extension is ringing, is there any way for me to grab the call from my extension without using the client on my pc?

You will need to involve the person who added the phone to the PBX and see how the phone was added. If the phone was auto provisioned then the 3CX phonebook should be available.

Yes there is. Unless the admin changed something you can dial *20*ext_num
For example if your co-workers extension is 001 then you need to dial *20*001
