Company Phonebook vs Personal Phonebook inbound caller id display

HI to all!
This is a strange behavior: when a contact is registered in the company phonebook with, for example First Name-Last Name- Phone Number, and i receive a call from that contact, on desk phone display i can watch scrolling first its name and then its number.
BUT if the same contact is registered only in personal phonebook with the same dataset, the number is showed first than name.
There a way to change this??

Every make of set can behave differently, but, any local entry, in the sets directory, will usually override what is sent with the Invite, based on the caller ID match. This normally happens to make the owner of the set happy as they have taken the time to add a contact, and specified how they want it to be displayed. As long as you have an entry in the sets directory, I don't believe you will be able to change this.
