Compatible GSM Gateway for 3CX v12

Hello,

Is there any compatible GSM Gateway for 3CX v12? In this list (http://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/) there is only 'beroNet beroFix GSM' but i want a standalone GSM device. I notice that there are guides about other devices (eg portech mv-374) but these devices are not supported anymore.

Hello,

The list of hardware listed in http://www.3cx.com/support is the hardware that we have tested in our labs and have verified that all functions do work as intended.
Despite this, any device that follows RFC Standards could possibly work in conjunction with 3CX Phone System, but we cannot guarantee that all (or any) features will work as intended. Also any setup that is required by the device (e.g. the GSM Gateway in your case) in order for it to operate will have to be done manually.

Keep in mind though that we always recommend using the Supported Hardware for the reasons mentioned above and any support you request for unsupported hardware will be limited at best.

We use the Portech MV370, and have set it up following the instructions here http://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/gsm-mobile-gateway/

I had assumed when we purchased it that because I found the article showing how to set it up, that this was an indication that it was "supported", although as you've pointed out it isn't actually on the list of supported hardware.

Having said that, I followed the instructions and it has worked perfectly. We use 3CX v12.
