Concurrent Call Issue

Hi Team,
Our 3cx server is on-premise and the 4G Voip gateway consists of 3sim cards. We have an issue with concurrent calls, at a time only 2 persons can make calls, 3rd the call notify with a server error. From the voice gateway test calls for 3som cards are fine. Kindly advise on a solution. We have a license for 4Simultaneous calls.

Check the logs how many calls are during this time. Internal and external.
