We are trying to figure out a process for adding conference calls. All our agents use the browser extension. If 2 agents are on a call together and they want to bring in someone from outside and 1 of them calls and gets an automated attendant that is looking for dtmf tones the extension does have the ability to actually pass tones to the system. If the person who is making the call hangs up all parties get dropped.
