Conference Call - Bug ?

Using my softphone, I have established a call with party B. If I want to add party C and D to this call, you click the conference button but cannot add anyone who isn't a contact. What am I doing wrong? Where is the button to add a new number?

To add manually typed numbers into a conference call you have created that way, after you have converted the call with B into a conference by pressing the 'Conference' button:
- Go to the Keypad.
- On Line 1 you should see your current call. Click on Line 2.
- Dial the number of C.
- Once they answer, press the 'Conference' button and they should be transferred into the existing conference you have active.
- Repeat for D.
