Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong forum but wanted to ask if anyone can confirm how one can set a code priority list for Conference calls. I have v18 installed on a Raspberry Pi 4 and have set the Global Codec priority to G722, G729 and G711 (when on wifi/local network) and G729, G722 and G711 (when on 3g/4g). Whether I start an impromptu conference call from the Windows app or my Android app, the conference call quality is fair bit inferior as compared to a 1-on-1 call. On v16, I think I recall seeing an option in the Settings to upgrade to a better audio codec for Conference calling but that required a paid/pro license.
Is that still the case now? I'm currently using the free 3cx license and wouldn't mind paying if I can upgrade the call quality of conference calls, irrespective of where the conference is initiated from (e.g. from a Smartphone or Windows app).
Would appreciate any guidance! Thanks in advance.
