Conference call Issue

Hi,

we are having issues with call conference.
I had a check on the forum, but couldn't find an answer regarding this.

The issue that we are having is that users are getting dropped from conference calls.
This isnt specific to any users, as they are getting dropped randomly.
Some of them are using Android App, other iOS, and some other from Windows softphone.
sometimes even the clients are losing the connection and most of them are using mobile phones and dialing in from their mobile numbers.

Has anyone had issues like this? If so, can you please let me know what can be done?

Log files show anything?
You may have to do a Wireshark during a conference and check the details of a dropped call.
If mobile - it could simpply be a wireless provider coverage issue.
