Conference calls excluding creator

We prefer to have future conference calls set up by one of our staff members, but I can't see any way to exclude that staff member from the conference, or, for that matter, remove any of the invitees. Is there some way to set up an audio conference call for a later date that excludes the originator?

My impression, is that the person that sets up the conference cannot "step back" as a disinterested party. They did the set-up and are expected to stay on and remain in control. If there is no response, with a work-around to your liking, then i would recommend making a feature suggestion, in the ideas forum.
