Hi there. I have 3cxphone on windows 10 and I am not sure how to make conference calls.

Can you give me a hint? Is there a button I need to press?

The client above has been discontinued about 6 years ago (and it didn't supported conferencing).
If you're using a 3CX PBX, either use the WebClient or the newest 3CX client for Windows.
