Conference Moderator

Is there a way to flag a participant as a moderator? When a conference is created we would like multiple moderators so that they can view and change the meetings.

You can do this in various areas.

1) You can do this when creating a new meeting, anyone who joins is by default an Organizer/Moderator. While creating a new meeting in the 3CX Client, if you click on the settings cogwheel on the same page, you will have several options, including "Everyone's an Organizer". Just tick this and you're done.

2) Alternatively, you can make anyone you want an Organizer/Moderator by clicking on the little icon on the right on their name in the participant panel. Of course you need to have Organizer/Moderator priviledges yourself to give someone else these priviledges.

The gear icon is greyed out in audio conferences. The biggest issue is that when people are invited to an audio conference, they don't see the conference on the View Conferences because they are not a moderator.

If you are talking about Audio conferences, then that's another thing i unfortunately can't help you with. I thought we were talking about Video Conferences.
