Conference on V20

We have a weekly conference using Conference ext 700. This is a dial-in conference with a DDI and passcode.
The first person dialling into the conference is now being asked "Do you wish to set up the conference?" and every person dialling in is being asked to announce their name. Can we remove these prompts?
We're not sure if this has occurred since one of the V20 upgrades, it certainly didn't used to prompt us.

Is whoever setting up the conferencing ticking the box for "Enable announcements" ?

Where is this option? I think the person who set the conference up initially has since left so was removed from the system. Where would these settings sit - this is a screenshot of all I can see.

This is on the individual user who creates the conference, not in the admin console

we have a client that wants to be able to dial in the the conference extension and put in the same PIN every time. i know if we create a conference the system will generate a pin for us, but they do not want to do this step. if we enable the checkbox to prompt for pin, it doesn't seem to honor it and repeats the prompt. please advise.
