How do I config an Aastra 4422 to work with 3cx?

How do I upgrade FW?

I can call it, but not call any ext from it all I get is Busy in the lcd

YES it is sip enabled

Does the attempted call show up in the 3CX server log? If you don't see a call in the logs...then, is there an internal dialplan (in the set) that may be preventing the dialled digits from reaching 3CX?
