Configuration of Pipecall VOIP Provider

Has anyone any experience of setting this up? I am finding the following problem:
09:28:46.484 ClientRegs:nFailure Registration of sip:[email protected] has failed; reason=Service Unavailable
09:28:46.156 ExtLine::Register_ Send registration for "08458900499"<sip:[email protected]>
09:28:46.156 ExtLine::Register_ Use External IP for device line registration DN='10000' device='Pipecall'
09:28:45.843 StunClient:rocess STUN resolved external IP=81.158.65.138:5060 by server 194.221.62.209
09:28:45.812 StunClient:rocess Send initial STUN request to 194.221.62.209

This must be down to the parameters I have set up witihn 3CX.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

This may be a stupid question, but is the hostname correct? I cannot get sip.pipecall.com to resolve in DNS.

hi there,
here is what Pipecall publish as their settings:
SIP server : sip.pipecall.com
Outbound proxy: nat.sip.pipecall.com

and they suggest that if you are not behind the NAT change the outbound proxy to reg.nat.sip.pipecall.com

Than open Advanced options for your provider, and set 'Registrar/Proxy Hostname or IP' to be nat.sip.pipecall.com
