Configure 3CX welcome email on different network

I have a 3cx extension with 'Disallow use of extension outside the LAN' unchecked. How can I establish 3CX client softphone with welcome email on different network?

Please note that the welcome email for the softphone contains the information so it will be able to connect from local or public networks. Just make sure that tunnel is enabled for that extension and that your ports are correctly forwarded on your firewall. Make sure that your firewall checker passes the test. Also you will need to open port 5001 for presence

Port 5001 is open on the server, 'Use 3cx Tunnel when out office' is checked. What else I am suppose to do?
