Hi @Mercy1885

Check in the Advanced >> IP Blacklist, if the IP of the provider has been blacklisted and remove it.

I just check there was different IP however I remove it but not solve the problem.

@Mercy1885 have you checked this with your VoIP Provider?
Becasue as I can see there are no connectivity issues with your machine that is hosted by 3CX.

Yes I've contacted as there is no error

@Mercy1885 start wireshark on the PBX side, make the call and when it fails stop the wireshark and download it on your side.
Open the pcap, filter with your Provider 's IP address and check if they respond to the PBX or not.
Most probably they don't respond to the Resigtration.

Hi Mercy1885, just curious if you can comment, have you had ever with this 3cx instance any sip trunk with any provider working ever? It might be worth a trivial light-bulb-test to simply (a) get a test SIP trunk from a supported/recommended SIP trunk provider for a modest-trivial cost (b) use the built-in 3cx new-sip-trunk config for that provider which is supported and easy to deploy (c) once in place do some testing and see if things work as anticipated.

This would allow you to debug and rule out
-- is there problem with the VM / hosting for your 3cx instance / some firewall interferes with SIP trunks for (any provider) ?
vs
-- is there a problem with your sip trunk config for RIngCentral specifically / you have no problem getting an active link with another easy-to-setup-supported SIPTrunkProvider?

ie, checking briefly In the setup guide, I am not clear that RingCentral is in the list of 'easy to support and setup' on 3cx / and that such setup might be possible with suitable config template XML file, but possibly if you have troubles with this, then the next easy step is to - get a known easy good SIP trunk active. Rather than fiddle about with Wireshark and other stuff in that degree of debug.

just a thought.
