Hello,
Right now I can configure global office hours in Settings -> Timezone, Office Hours & Holidays, and I can also configure office hours for a user (extension, Autoswitch status in Forwarding Rules).
What I would like is to set a few Office Hours settings (eg. Shift 1, Shift 2, and so on), and then apply them to a group of users at once, instead of having to set them individually. Is this possible? If not, would something like this be planned for the future?
Another thing related to office hours: I have a Fanvil doorphone that when rung by someone, dials an extension. I have this extension pointed to a ring group, which itself rings several extensions. I would like to apply specific office hours to that doorphone, so if someone rings during the evening, it will only call some other extensions (physical phones and not softphones). I could o that with a different ring group, but the problem is that my doorphone only rings one extension and has no office hours. Any idea on how I could solve this?
Thanks,
Luis
